The officers were responding to a domestic incident on the 500 block Mount Holly Street in southwest Baltimore around 8 p.m., according to officials.
One officer was bitten in the hand and received treatment at the scene while the other was taken to Mercy Medical Center for a bite on his leg, officials tell Daily Voice.
The dog was transported to be treated at a nearby animal hospital. Investigators are still looking into this incident, police say.
